Dr. Spagnoli has been practicing Otolaryngology in the Washington D.C. area since 1984.

Throughout his career Dr. Spagnoli has witnessed the evolution of the Specialty of Otolaryngology and uses the latest medical and surgical treatments for his patients. He provides cutting edge treatment in all areas of the field, including hearing loss and ear diseases, nasal and sinus problems, nasal allergies, tumors of the head and neck, and voice and swallowing disorders as well. He has been named as a Top Doctor in WASHINGTONIAN Magazine multiple times.

Having served on the staff of several area hospitals during his career, including Georgetown University Hospital, the Washington Hospital Center, Children’s Hospital National Medical Center, and Sibley Hospital, he currently maintains a full time practice at the Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Virginia.

Dr. Spagnoli is interested in acute and chronic diseases of the Ears, Nose, and Throat, and sees both children and adults.
